2002/2003
Toth Construction did the following scope of work:
-  House expanded to 5066 square feet
- Reroofed entire house
- Added hardwood floors though out entire house (oak and cherry)

Useful information
- A property line adjustment is underway and will be finalized prior to closing to allow new buyer the ability to sell off second lot if desired. The main house (South lot) will sit on approximately 9400 sq ft. The vacant north lot will be approximately 5000 sq ft and can be sold for a separate development. All surveys/inspections have been done and fees paid. Just awaiting final city approval.
- Gas Furnace and Boiler — November 2021 serviced by NW Mechanical. Landscaping- - Evergreen Tree (serviced house in ownership)
- Sprinkler system serviced twice yearly by Advanced Irrigation. They also do backwash permits (required by city).
- The Backflow Prevention Assembly Test has been completed and filed by Advanced Irrigation on March 29,2022.
- In the seller’s ownership, Eco shield pest control serviced the house monthly for ant and rodent control.
- All utilities are underground (Seller paid to have this done in her ownership) Original House was purchased on a 6000 sq ft lot

- Comcast/Xfinity internet
- Sports Court was built by Sports Court Development Inc in Kirkland. Every 5 years they service the court by removing tiles, pressure washing concrete base and spraying for moss. Last done summer 2020.
